Cliff joined our firm in 2025 as a Senior Wealth Advisor. Drawing on deep expertise and experience, he provides comprehensive guidance to clients across all areas of retirement planning.


Cliff began his financial services career in Massachusetts in 1983. His passion for helping retirees and individuals transitioning into retirement led him to concentrate in Elder Planning beginning in 1990 – a focus that has shaped much of his career.


Beyond his advisory work, Cliff has served on numerous local and national boards and committees dedicated to issues affecting seniors and retirees. He has written extensively, spoken to both public and professional audiences, and appeared as a guest on local media throughout his career.


He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations from The American College of Financial Services and has been a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals for more than 40 years.


An outdoor enthusiast, Cliff enjoys biking, running, hiking, and live music. He is also a boater and private pilot. In addition to his financial career, Cliff spent over 25 years in the Navy and Naval Reserves as a photographer and salvage diver, retiring in 2003. He and his wife Laurene divide their time between Scarborough, Maine, and St. Petersburg, Florida

Deb joined our firm in 2025 as a Client Relationship Manager. She supports clients with account implementation, maintenance, and service needs, while also helping ensure a smooth and positive client experience. As the first point of contact for many clients, Deb brings a welcoming presence and a deep understanding of their needs.


Before joining Legacy Point, Deb spent more than 30 years supporting Cliff and his clients, following earlier roles at UNUM. She is also a licensed Notary Public. Her extensive experience, dedication, and personal attention are valued by clients and colleagues alike.


Outside the office, Deb is active in her community, volunteering with organizations such as the Girl Scouts, the Alzheimer’s Association, the Rebekah Assembly and Grand Lodge of Maine, and the South Portland Food Cupboard. She enjoys cooking, reading mysteries, and spending time with her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. A lifelong resident of Cape Elizabeth, Deb lives there with her husband, Owen.

Laurene joined our firm in 2025 as our Operations Specialist where she supports essential back-office functions and contributes to the overall efficiency of the firm. This includes overseeing much of the communications and information technology for the firm.


Laurene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Management from Siena College and brings extensive experience across technology support, office management, accounting, and marketing.


Outside of work, Laurene enjoys spending time outdoors—biking, boating, hiking, and exploring new places—as well as relaxing with a good book. She and her husband, Cliff, divide their time between Scarborough, Maine, and St. Petersburg, Florida.

Shaun earned his degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Maine at Orono and began his career in financial services in 2010. Shaun holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies and the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation from The American College of Financial Services.


Shaun lives in Falmouth, Maine, with his wife, Molly, and their two children. He values time with his family—whether at home or exploring New England—and enjoys staying active through golf, skiing, and outdoor adventures.

Will is a founding partner and a Senior Wealth Advisor providing comprehensive guidance to clients across all areas of retirement planning. He also leads the firm’s investment process as Chief Investment Officer.


Will earned his degree in Finance from the University of Vermont and began his financial services career in 2011. He holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification from the CFP Board and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. He also serves on a charitable board supporting underprivileged children in Massachusetts.


Will lives in Newburyport, Massachusetts, with his wife, Brooke, and their two children. During the summer, he enjoys golfing and playing tennis and as a family they love spending time at the beach, skiing, and traveling.
