Hannah joined our firm in 2026 as Practice Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations that help our team deliver an exceptional client experience. Her responsibilities include office operations, technology and systems, team support, client experience, and special projects. She focuses on building efficient, well designed processes that strengthen the firm’s operations and support continued growth.
Prior to joining the firm, Hannah spent more than five years in the financial technology industry, most recently in relationship and partner management. In that role, she worked closely with clients and financial partners to strengthen relationships, improve processes, and drive successful outcomes. She brings extensive experience in client relationship management, operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, along with a passion for creating organized, welcoming experiences for both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, exploring Portland’s restaurant scene, and taking Pilates classes. She lives in Scarborough, Maine with her cat Mainey.
